Main function and working procedure
-Transformer bobbins auto feed by vibration tray.
-Auto transfer to winding station, bobbin auto load to winding machine spindle.
-Auto pin wrapping, auto layer winding, auto taping for first group N1.
-Bobbin Auto unload to trolley and transfer to the second machine winding+taping.
-Depends on the transformer winding details,this production can connect different
Kind of winding&tapping machine.
- After all groups winding, auto laser peeling the terminal wire .
-Auto transfer to soldering station.Auto pin soldering and testing. Auto unload to the third trolley to next assembly station.
-Auto lamination assembly and taping.
-Auto marking and load to pallets.
