Customized automobile antenna production line. For example, bumper antenna, console antenna, door hand antenna and other types low frequency antenna.
Main function and working procedure
- Ferrite rods and capacitor auto feeding by vibration bowl.Automatic ferrite rod bottom taping, ferrite rod& capacitor gluing for assembly. Automatic unload to pallets prepare for air drying.
-Auto convey line for ferrite gluing air drying.
-Automatic ferrite winding, taping, leader wire fluxing and soldering.
-Auto unload to belt line.
-Manual assemble the case and soldering the leader wire to the plug.
-Automatic epoxy resin sealing.
-Oven baking for drying resin.
-Automatic testing and laser marking,auto load to pallets.
