Range of use
Full auto brushless motor segment core winding machine. Mainly for small power servo motor segment,40# 60#,80# and 90# tooth winding.
Main function
- Manual load segments or bobbin on the fixture on the load pallet station.
-Fixture with segment or bobbin auto load to machine spindle.
-Auto tailstock, auto fix leader wires on the tooling bobbin pins, auto winding, auto traversing, auto wire cut and clamp. Auto cross bridge wire if for segment combined winding.
-Fast exchange toolings and programs
-Open type program mode in the HMI, Operator could edit new program in the HMI .Different winding group only need to change the fixtures and programs saved in the HMI.
- Safety door sensors and area security sensors to protect operator.
-Special long Y axis width, special for segment combined winding.
- Auto vacuum cleaner to suck out dusty when wire stripping.
- Customized for 2-3 segment combined winding.
