Machine main function and working process.
Adopting the electrostatic fluidized bed coating process, the epoxy resin powder is solidified at high temperature in an oven to melt, level and adhere to the surface of the product due to heating, forming a high-quality insulation coating.
--Manual put the stator(after clean oil) with tooling on the coating machine spindle.
--Manual press start key, machine spindle auto turning, powder blowing and static auto start, powder auto coating on the stator.
--Auto clean the coating on the outside of stator.
--Manual take out the stator with coating and put it to baking oven.
