2 station needle winding machine with Double Z axis control. Professional for small wire size brushless motor precisely needle winding. For example resolver stator needle winding.
Main advantage and function
- Double Z axis control for needle winding, driven by servo motors alternate up and down to reduce the vibration which caused by Z axis.Each Z axis and division motor can be programmable separately.Machine can running with high speed but low noise.
-Working process: Manual load/unload stator iron, auto fix the stator iron before winding. Auto nozzle winding by servo motor driven ,auto fix the start wire on the toolings or auto wrapping on the stator pins. Auto precise layer winding, auto wire cut/clamp.
- For different kind of inner stator winding ,only need to change fixture and winding programs which are saved in the touch screen.
-Safety area sensor to protect operator when machine running.
- Customized connect with robot for auto stator load&unload.
