Customized solenoid coil production line. For various kind of solenoid coil, ABS coil, relay coil, ignition coil,pump motor coil and stepper motor coils.
Main function and working procedure
-Bobbin auto feed by vibration tray to the pin insert machine,auto pin insertion.
-Bobbin auto load to first trolley toolings.
-First trolley auto transfer to winding station, bobbin auto load to winding machine spindle.
-Auto precise layer winding, auto pin wrapping, auto wire cut/clamp.
-Bobbin Auto unload to the second trolley. Auto transfer to soldering station by the second trolley.
-Auto pin fluxing, auto soldering ,auto testing. NG parts auto reject. Good coil auto unload to the third trolley to next assembly station.
Optional device
-Auto taping station and electric servo tensioner.
-Leader wire auto stripping.
-Engineer overseas machine installation and testing service.
