Main advantage
-Motor needle winding machine, flexible use for brushless motor stator core inner winding and outer winding.
-Stator core fixed by clamp tooling, fast tooling exchange.
-Nozzle position and every step are programmable in the HMI.
-Winding style:
Manual load/unload stator iron, manual fix the stator iron before winding. Auto nozzle winding by servo motor driven ,with nozzle up/down ,forward/back and left/right moving, iron core rotate to winding.Auto wire wrapping, auto wire cut/clamp is optional.
-This machine is mainly designed for motor R&D department and used for making motor samples which need stator needle winding
