3 spindle winding machine for stator segment tooth. For various kind of big segment motor core winding. Single segment winding, 2-3-4 pcs segment tooth combined winding. Mainly for servo motor base size 130#,180# segment winding and EPS motor segment winding. Multi-strand wire winding and big bobbin auto winding.
Main function
- Manual put Segments tooth&toolings on the load station .
-Auto tooling exchange load/unload, auto fixed leader wires on the tooling, auto tailstock, auto winding, auto crossing bridge wire, auto wire cut and clamp. Lead wire stripping device is optional. Different type of coil winding: only need to change the toolings and saved programs.
