For various kind of BLDC motor rotor & magnetic gluing& assembly.
Two magnets inset at the same time.
Main work flow
-Manual load rotor parts on the gluing station.
-Operator press start button. Rotor auto rotate and auto gluing
-Operator pickup the rotor after gluing, and put it to magnet assembly station.
-Rotor on the tooling auto move into magnet insert station, rotor rotate and magnets auto press into the rotor.
-Manual unload rotor products.
