Range of use
Customized stator production line for servo motor. Various kind of servo motor segment tooth winding and assembly line. Such as 40/60 series servo motor and other brushless motor stator with segment core.
Main function
- Segment tooth auto feeding and load by robot to segment winding machine.
-Segment tooth auto winding( leader wire auto stripping)
-Segment tooth leader wire(pins) auto soldering
-Manual joint and pr-round segment ,press into the tooling. Auto load the tooling with joint segment on the laser welding machine station.
-Auto laser welding.
-Segment tooth auto joint and auto welding.
-Press the welded stator core out of tooling. Press the stator core into the motor aluminum case which is heated.
-Auto assembly the PCB board on the stator core pins ,auto soldering.
Main machine consist (for example small power 40/60 series)
-Two set 6 spindle segment tooth winding machine. (with leader wire auto stripping function)
-Auto soldering machine for segment pins.
-Servo press machine.
-Segment joint and laser welding machine.
-High frequency heating machine for aluminum.
-PCB soldering machine
-2 or 3 robot and convey line.
Cycle time 60s/stator,1-2 workers.
