-Manual put and stock the linear core in the input belt line area. Auto pick up by robot.
-Linear core auto load to terminal insert machine stator, terminal auto supply by vibration bowling. Automatic pin insertion.
-Robot transfer the linear core to the convey line for winding machines.
-Linear core auto load to winding machine,auto flyer winding. Linear core after winding auto move back to convey line by robot.
-Linear core terminal automatic press ,auto cut leader wires .
-Auto welding terminals.
-Linear core auto rolling round and arc welding for jointing.
-Auto testing and reject NG parts.
