The precautions for the winding machine tensioner mainly include the following aspects:
The optimal working state of the tensioner: The tension rod is parallel to the plane on the box body for the best working state. You can also use a suitable working angle according to the needs of the user, but the tension rod must not be higher than the red mark on the box surface during operation.
Tension adjustment method:
After hanging the wire and before winding the wire, check whether the tension is appropriate. You can use your fingers to check whether it is elastic. If the tension is too large, the disconnection frequency of the winding wire will increase; if the tension is too small, it will affect the neatness of the coil.
During the winding process, adjust the tension as needed. When the wire is not pulled apart, the tension is higher and the voice coil is better aligned.
If the wire on the hanging wire sheet is loose, it can be solved by increasing the tension.
If there is a small deviation in the coil length (such as 0.01mm), the tension can be adjusted appropriately according to the deviation.
Specific operation of tension adjustment:
Conventional tensioners generally have two adjustment nuts, adjustment nut 1 and adjustment nut 2. Adjusting nut 1 can adjust the tension value. Turning nut 1 to the right increases the tension value; turning nut 1 to the left decreases the tension value. Adjusting nut 2 can adjust the bending degree of the coil. The larger the reading, the smaller the bending; the smaller the reading, the larger the bending. In general winding conditions, it is advisable that the wire passing nozzle and the wire entering the wire hole are flush. Precautions during use: During the working process, only the tension is allowed to be adjusted from small to large, and it is not allowed to be adjusted from large to small. If the tension needs to be reduced, it must be adjusted in the stopped state to avoid wire breakage. If tension pulsation occurs during adjustment, turn the tension adjustment dial to the right to the maximum tension after stopping, and then slowly return to the required tension and readjust it. After the adjustment is completed and work starts, if the working angle of the tension rod is the same as the angle when it is installed statically, be sure to readjust the tension to avoid abnormal wear of the tensioner components and reduce the service life.
